Who is this program for?

This is for a founder with a business idea or an early service offer who needs both direction and a regular execution rhythm. It is particularly relevant when you can do the work but keep changing priorities or struggle to maintain a commercial routine.

You remain responsible for market research, customer outreach and delivering your service. Tony helps you organize the information, identify the constraint and decide what to do next.

What happens during the 90 days?

Days 1–30: define the customer problem, offer, pricing structure and minimum operational process. Four strategy sessions of 60 minutes lead to a one-page plan and clear activities.

Days 31–60: execute your commercial actions. Use weekly tactical sessions, quarterly objectives and a tracking dashboard to review evidence and address bottlenecks.

Days 61–90: simplify service delivery, review the procedures you document and assess your quarterly goals. Finish with a 60-minute audit and a roadmap for the next quarter.

What is included?

The full engagement includes four strategy sessions, eight weekly tactical sessions of 20–30 minutes and one final audit: 13 individual sessions in total. Written operational support is available Monday to Friday.

Deliverables include an operational plan, an offer structure, quarterly OKRs, a weekly 4DX scoreboard, process templates and a next-quarter roadmap. Frameworks are used to support decisions, not to add paperwork.

What does it cost?

The published program fee is €1,499, billed through Stripe. Check the total and payment conditions displayed at checkout before paying. This is a defined engagement, rather than an unlimited membership.

A shorter 30-day Business Blueprint is available at €499 if you only need the initial model and action plan. The 90-day option is preferable when you want follow-through after that design stage.

Can I work with Tony from Europe or the United States?

Yes. Tony operates from Greece and provides sessions in English and Spanish for clients in Europe, the United States and Spanish-speaking markets. Share your time zone and preferred session language when you contact him so you can agree on practical session times.

What should I expect at the end?

You should have a clearer operating model, a record of the actions you took, a set of reviewed priorities and a plan for the following quarter. Commercial results depend on your execution and the market; the program does not promise a particular income or number of sales.
