Business Blueprint & Strategy is the design stage. It helps turn an initial idea into an offer, a workable operating model and an action plan you can use on your own.
What do the four weeks cover?
Week one organizes your market research into a customer, problem and value proposition. Week two identifies the main constraint and prioritizes the tasks needed for market entry.
Week three specifies your minimum service infrastructure, payment and onboarding flow. Week four brings the model into a one-page plan and selects two controllable weekly actions.
What do I receive?
Four individual strategy sessions of 60 minutes, diagnostic intake forms and written task review with a response window of 24–48 hours.
The final handover is a one-page operational model, a defined commercial offer and a 30-day task roadmap. You provide the market evidence and do the implementation.
Is this the right choice instead of 90 days?
Choose 30 days when your main need is direction and you already maintain a reliable execution routine. It costs €499, with final payment details shown in Stripe.
Choose the 90-day program if you want the full design stage plus 60 days of tactical review, a dashboard and external accountability. The shorter program does not include those additional execution months.
Languages and location
Tony works from Greece with clients in Europe, the United States and Spanish-speaking markets. Sessions are available in English and Spanish. Agree on a time-zone-compatible schedule before starting.
